Set Geometry / Mesh / Group
Geometry/Mesh GUI is a CAD-like GUI that allows users to Import geometry files, generate mesh from geometry, and set up spatial boundaries and initial conditions for an HGC simulation.
Geometry GUI: File->New or Open Solution

On material tree view, you can right click mouse to select all mesh elements in this material in ‘One Click’.

- Uncheck “Special Mode”.

- Choose related species.
- Choose related reactions.

Load Project
1. Click “Project” > “Open” on Platform Menu.
2. Select a HGCP project folder, we use a sample project HGC41_EX09 under [your HGCP path]\Project\Tutorial as an example. <Still Under Construction>
- Filter material with a keyword.
- Select materials.
- Right-click to edit material.
- Click the “Save” button to save changes.
- Filter components with keyword
- Right-click to change equation species.
- And then update equation parameters.
- Filter components with a keyword.
- Choose a component.
- Right-click to copy or paste species /components.
- Uncheck “Special Mode”.
- Select interested components.
- Choose related species.
- Choose related reactions.
- Click the “Save” button on the “Chemical Tool Bar”.
